Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fives-North-American H6630 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the NXL0075A1003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FRN025G1S2U manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NXS0150A1002PA002252H1SSS by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Iei Brand ROCKY4784EVV11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hitachi such as SJ100004HFU equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FRN002F1S4U made by Fuji as well as the popular J300450LFU original spares produced by Hitachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FRN010G1S2U by Fuji and SJ100004HFU spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
